Pick a room type and the rooms you would like. Every rate includes breakfast.

Step 2: Pick your dates
Tap your check-in day, then your check-out day. Shaded days are not available.

Fill in your name and contact details, and attach your Letter of Intent as a PDF.

Step 4: Watch for our emails
We email your booking details right away, then again once it is approved. You pay at the front desk when you check in.

Booking Policies & Reminders
Please read these before confirming your reservation.

- We do not require online payment at the time of booking.
- Full payment for your reservation is collected at the hotel front desk once you check in.

- Thomasian Alumni Card (TAC) holders get 10% off. PWD and senior citizen guests get 20% off.
- Present your physical TAC or valid PWD or Senior Citizen ID at check-in. Without it the discount is forfeited and standard room rates apply.

- Every booking needs a formal Letter of Intent: a PDF on the reservation page, or a PDF or image if you email it to us.
- Your booking is confirmed once the Regent and the Dean have approved and signed it.
Finding Us
At the gate
Tell the guard you have a booking at Hotel 1611 and show your booking email, on your phone or printed. Then head up to the 5th floor, where the front desk will check you in.
When to come
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. The front desk is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Arriving outside those hours? Call ahead on (02) 3406-1611.
